Our client, a leader in the manufacturing and warehouse sector, is seeking a Recycling Operator to join their team. As a Recycling Operator, you will be part of the operations team supporting efficient recycling processes. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Recycling Operator

Location: Springfield, OR

Pay Range: $20.14 per hour

What's the Job?

Assist in the sorting, inspection, and checking of recyclable products. Engage in the assembly of smaller products as needed. Utilize hand tools for various tasks in a light industrial environment. Lift weights not exceeding 25 lbs occasionally. Work the 1st shift from 5am to 1:30pm.

What's Needed?

No previous experience required; a willingness to learn is essential. Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures. Strong communication skills to work effectively within a team. Basic understanding of manufacturing or warehouse operations is a plus. Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
