Project Manager Operations

**Shift Details: Monday - Friday 10:30PM-7AM (Weekend & OT opportunities)**
**As a Supervisor, Operations in Managed Transportation, you’ll use your expertise in process improvement and LEAN principles to enhance efficiency and drive continuous improvement. With a strong understanding of processing centers and scheduling procedures, youll ensure seamless collaboration between the PC&L (Production Control & Logistics) team, the operations team and the customer to optimize operations and performance.**
**What your day-to-day will look like:**
**• Leverage expertise in process improvement methodologies to maximize operational efficiency and effectiveness**
**• Drive continuous improvement by implementing LEAN principles to streamline workflows and reduce waste**
**• Apply a deep understanding of processing centers and scheduling procedures to manage workflows and optimize productivity**
**• Foster collaboration among PC&L teams, supply chain partners and customers to enhance operational performance and achieve shared goals**
**• Navigate complex operational challenges with clarity, resolving ambiguity to maintain focus and productivity**
**• Utilize comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end process flows, from inbound to outbound, to ensure accurate inventory management and billing**
**What youll need to excel:**
**At a minimum, youll need:**
**• 2 years of experience in transportation, logistics or supply chain**
**Itd be great if you also have:**
**• Bachelors degree in a related field**
**• Experience working with a Transportation Management Systems (TMS), preferably Oracle Transportation Management**
**• Experience with process improvement initiatives**
**• A willingness to work cross-functionally on multiple accounts**
**• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presenting clean, organized and thorough information and data appropriate for intended audience**

**Pay Details:** $31.25 per hour
