Core Competencies + Partnerships + Growth mindset + Results oriented + Customer focused + Professionalism Reporting Relations Accountable and Reports to: Maintenance manager(s) Positions that Report to you: None Primary Responsibilities and Duties + Cleans rest rooms, break rooms, offices, meeting rooms, entrances and other related facility areas. + Strips, waxes and varnishes floor tile as needed. + Clean, extract, dry and vacuums carpets as needed. + Empties trash and fills dispensers when needed. + Washes windows. + Maintains equipment. + Reports to work when scheduled and on time. Secondary Responsibilities and Duties + Assists other maintenance personnel with painting. + Changes light bulbs and ballast. + Performs other job related duties and special projects as required. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Worker Characteristics + Must have the ability to understand and follow verbal or demonstrated instructions. Education and Experience + High school or equivalent experience. + Zero to one year of similar or related experience. + Must be 18 years of age or older to apply. Physical Requirements + Must be physically able to perform medium work: exerting up to 25 pounds of force occasionally, 15 pounds of force frequently, and 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. + Visual requirements include vision from 20 inches or less to 20 feet or more with or without correction, color vision, field of vision, and depth perception. + Must be able to perform the following physical activities: Stooping, kneeling, crawling, reaching, walking, pushing, standing, feeling, pulling, lifting, grasping, talking, hearing, climbing, balancing, bending, and repetitive motions.
