Qualifications and Skills

A candidate for this position must possess the following applicable knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to demonstrate and provide applicable examples to support his/her competency.

Track record of delivering exceptional guest or client experienceCommunication skills are utilized a significant amount of time for training and safety purposes, and when interacting with guests and associates.Strong communication skillsListens and gets clarification; Responds well to questions.Manages difficult or emotional customer situations; Responds promptly to customer needs; Responds to requests for service and assistance.Appropriate professional appearance and demeanorMICROS - Food & Beverage POS System a plus                               Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.  Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs

Education and/or Experience 

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay Range

Pay Range: $17.26 per hour. Pay rate outlined follows contract requirement.
