We are seeking an experienced RPA Specialist with over 5 years of expertise in RPA Blue Prism development and support. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a proven track record of delivering RPA solutions. Familiarity with Power BI and VBA Macros will be considered an added advantage.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and support RPA solutions using Blue Prism.Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Hypercare phases of automation deployment.Provide 1st and 2nd level support for existing RPA automations, ensuring high availability and performance.Maintain technical documentation (SDD/SHB) and update existing documentation as needed.Coordinate with business stakeholders to address any issues or exceptions related to RPA processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to RPA, documenting solutions for future reference.

Qualifications:Over 4-5 years of experience in RPA development and support, specifically with Blue Prism.Strong understanding of RPA best practices and methodologies.Experience in Power BI and VBA Macros is a plus.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Relevant Blue Prism Certifications are preferred.
