Job DescriptionManage end-user computing services, including hardware and software support, adhering to WNS standards and policies.Provide first and second-level troubleshooting for network, operating systems, and applications, meeting agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Coordinate IT projects related to end-user computing, including system upgrades and new technology deployments.Manage EUC audits, update policies, and oversee asset tracking for EUC, Telecom, Network, and Server assets.Liaise with vendors for hardware and software procurement, warranty services, and support.Generate and present regular reports on service desk performance, including incident trends and user satisfaction.Provide relevant user training and maintain up-to-date IT documentation in compliance with ISO standards.Collaborate with managers on decision-making discussions, budgeting, and executing specific projects as directed by management.Qualifications
