• Work primarily involves data management, reporting, dashboarding, analytics• Data extraction, goals tracking, data management and MIS reporting• To raise a flag in a timely manner in case of non-adherence to compliance or any other critical activity.• Work effectively within a team environment and represent the team at meetings and briefings for the purposes of information gathering for current & future projects• Deliver new management reporting initiatives including dashboards and business review slides• Manage (administrate) various inbuilt tools and address queries from the team• Follow up with teams to drive closure on various requirements and activities.• Should able to manage and analyze financials of projects• Miscellaneous duties/projects as assigned by the leadership team• Lead various initiatives to enhance the capability of the team.• Execute Maturity Appraisals programs in line with the Business Units requirements• Evaluate internal processes and controls, and prepare reports with value added recommendations to management and Operations• Seek implementation of recommendations within timelines & escalate overdue issues pending implementation• Ensure that internal audit staff is properly supervised, performs audit/investigatory work with planned approach and within agreed time frames• Liaise with external auditors to co-ordinate and discuss audit assignments, issues and audit observations• Evaluate internal processes / controls and update registers• Follow-up for implementation of controls for key risks within timelines & escalate overdue issues• The incumbent will be responsible for Maturity Assessment Management & Compliance activities for the assigned portfolio which includes the following• The role demands in depth knowledge of business process risk management audits & assessments Preparation of Monthly Appraisals trackers/Risk Registers. • Tracking and Follow ups of high & medium risks towards closures; highlight in monthly reports and summary.• Execute Maturity assessment activities primarily related to testing in the domain (assigned accounts)• Ensure completeness of the data by coordinating with process owners under various BPET Management initiatives.• Collaborate with the business and Corporate Risk teams on client and corporate risk engagements.• Responsible for delivering 100% accurate audit results to the stakeholders.• Responsible for sharing best practices identified during the Appraisal with other process and Vertical• Be able to maintain quality and meet short/strict deadline.• Strong work ethics and positive attitude.• Should be a team player and be able to manage multiple locations.• Technical background not required as we are not scoping IT audits• Maintain good working relationships with all stakeholders

• Demonstrated hands on experience in MIS or analytical role. At least 2 years of experience in MIS / BI role• Expert level knowledge of MS office specially MS Excel, power point, MS Outlook• Good knowledge in PowerBI development (DAX, Dashboards, etc.), VBA macros, AI & ML concepts and implementation will be added advantage
