General Summary
Performs a variety of support functions for each assigned practice including, but not limited to, scheduling, insurance verification, obtaining authorizations and referrals and record management.

Maintains established policies and procedures, objectives, quality assessment and safety standards. Provides outstanding service to all customers; fosters teamwork; and practices fiscal responsibility through improvement and innovation Establishes and maintains files and records on an ongoing basis. Opens and routes incoming mail; distributes correspondence and other material to staff.
Qualifications
Minimum Education:
Work Experience:
1 year Medical insurance experience or experience obtaining authorizations and referrals from insurance companies. Required Medical front office experience. PreferredCourses and Training:
