STS Technical Services is hiring a Referral Program Coordinator to support and manage strategic growth referral programs. This position plays a vital role in tracking, analyzing, and optimizing dealer participation, financial reconciliation, and program performance. Key Responsibilities Work in Salesforce-based platforms to manage membership extensions and dealer financial reconciliation for strategic growth referral programs Track internal escalations and issue logs, ensuring swift resolution of program-related concerns Document and maintain processes and procedures to streamline referral program operations Conduct data analysis and generate dealer-level reports to drive strategic insights Develop data-driven presentations for field teams to demonstrate program impact and value Provide structured tracking tools and weekly operational updates to measure performance Assist with dealer communications and contribute to field engagement efforts Support ridership growth projects, customer care initiatives, and problem-solving efforts via email and phone Maintain cross-functional collaboration with internal teams to align referral program strategies Ensure adherence to corporate processes and best practices while fostering a positive team culture Qualifications and Experience A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred but not required Two to three years of project execution experience in sales, marketing, or business operations Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, is highly preferred Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from multiple sources and align insights with business objectives Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring efficiency under tight deadlines Ability to manage multiple tasks, shifting priorities, and provide structured solutions in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset Prior dealership experience or knowledge of the automotive and powersports industries is a plus Ability to frame problems and solutions effectively, bringing structure to complex or ambiguous requests Work Environment and Expectations Remote position based in Milwaukee, WI Conducts work via video calls—a fast, reliable internet connection and professional remote workspace are required Casual yet professional dress code for client and internal video meetings Why Join STS Technical Services?STS Technical Services is a leading provider of workforce solutions for the aviation, defense, and industrial sectors.
