Job Type: Full Time
Shift: 12 hour rotating shift (4 days on, 4 days off)
Compensation: $28.00/hr


Principal Accountabilities:

Direct responsibility for operating and troubleshooting refining, bleaching, hydrogenation, deodorizer, utilities, wastewater plant processes, and the equipment that supports all the operationOperate mobile equipment such as the forklift, bobcats, etc.Understand and use computerized control systems and programs to follow all the processPerforming verification and validation tasks associated with on-line instruments and control systemsTroubleshooting and maintenance of process equipment and instrumentationMake quality analysis according to the supervisor's instructions and understand the quality results delivered to adjust the processes according to the procedures Understanding and adhering to all safety rules and regulationsMaintaining a safe and clean work environmentOther duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorshipMust be 18 years or olderAbility to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting safely, with or without a reasonable accommodationAbility to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Ability to understand and communicate in English(verbal/written)Ability to work overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts with advance noticeBasic computer skillsExperience with SAP or a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)

Preferred Qualifications: 

High school diploma/GED or a minimum of two years equivalent work experienceWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office software, with an emphasis on Excel and Word, and inventory systemsAble to operate machinery or industrial equipmentPrior experience in production-related work
