By collaboration with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and specifications. You will build a strong network within Danfoss. Furthermore, but not limited to, you can look forward to: + Combining our knowledge of thermodynamics, refrigeration and control to design and develop control algorithms and software architectures. + Contributing with new solutions for thermodynamic systems like; refrigeration systems, heat pumps and HVAC systems. + Staying ahead of industry trends and advancements in refrigeration and control technology and incorporating them into our solutions. + Utilizing model-based design techniques to develop control algorithms and software architectures. **Background & Skills** This role requires high expertise in thermodynamics and control systems, with a focus on creating efficient and robust refrigeration systems. Therefore, you hold a Master's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field, and possess key knowledge of refrigeration and control systems, with an emphasis on their practical application. Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: + Experience in developing control software for HVAC, refrigeration, or industrial automation systems. + Experience using MATLAB/Simulink for modeling and control design + Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++ and Knowledge about the IEC 61131-3 programming languages. + Familiarity with software development methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Git, unit testing, static analysis) As a person, you possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, and you not only understand but also excel in the importance of effective communication and collaboration abilities.
