Refrigeration Technician 3s provide expert support to retail refrigeration operations by performing HVAC repair, maintenance, rack refrigeration general maintenance and some routine general refrigeration maintenance service requests for retail stores. Primary responsibilities include: 

evaluating and performing HVACR repairs and general maintenance on all refrigeration systems and equipment in the retail environment, including complex issues, independently utilizing expert knowledge training and mentoring other Refrigeration Technician 1s and 2s on all aspects of performing service on all equipment performing housekeeping duties such as maintaining accurate parts inventory participating in special refrigeration projects for retail facilities and assisting with the implementation of corporate projects
