Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair commercial refrigeration systems, including walk-in coolers and freezers.
- Diagnose and resolve equipment issues, performing repairs or replacements to restore functionality.
- Handle refrigerants in compliance with federal and state regulations, including proper recovery and disposal.
- Respond to service calls promptly, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service logs, parts used, and system details.
- Stay current with industry practices, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance skills and expertise.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Skills:
- Strong problem-solving, technical, and communication skills.

Education:
No Degree Required

Experience:
4-7 years

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in troubleshooting, installation, and service of commercial refrigeration equipment.
- Valid driver?s license with a clean driving record.
- EPA Refrigeration Type II or Universal certification preferred.
- Ability to lift 50-100 lbs. and climb ladders up to 24
