Company/Location OverviewThe Region Manager - FL, GA, SC, TN, KY, AL, MS position will be responsible for achieving the organization's sales and commercial goals for the 7-state region. This individual will need to be a strong communicator, leader, and possess a winning attitude. They will be responsible for developing all aspects of our business with internal and external partners.
Ideal base location would be in Florida, preferably Tampa, Orlando or Miami.
Responsibilities:Deliver yearly goals & provide excellence in execution: Achieve sales targets and KPIs by managing day-to-day sales execution within the region.
Lead, Communicate & Motivate with our internal & external teams every day: Lead the sales team and maintain strong communication with external partners (distributors, brokers, and key accounts) to ensure alignment and goal achievement.
Build & maintain strong relationships with the state, distribution partners & key accounts: Develop and nurture relationships to enhance collaboration, increase market share, and drive sales in the region.
Build & achieve KPI goals by state (Shelf, Display, Ads, Distribution, Menu, Backbar): Monitor key performance indicators and take action to ensure sales goals are met across all product categories.
Successfully launch new innovation: Support the introduction of new products in the market, ensuring proper execution and alignment with sales targets.
Work with the Sazerac Bailment team to ensure we have adequate inventory levels in the state: Collaborate with the inventory management team to ensure products are stocked appropriately to meet demand.
Manage individual state budgets to achieve maximum results while staying within allocation: Manage sales budgets for each state to optimize resource allocation and achieve the best results while staying within financial constraints.
Actively identify market opportunities & move with pace if business opportunity exists: Quickly respond to emerging market trends or opportunities, taking prompt action to capitalize on them.
Achieve yearly volume & Net Sales Value targets by state: Ensure that both volume and net sales value targets are consistently achieved across all states within the region.
Adopt an Owner's mentality and make business decisions accordingly: Take full ownership of the region's performance and make strategic decisions to drive success.
Job Description/Responsibilities Bachelor's Degree5+ years of Sales Experience, including experience in the Alcohol Beverage Industry or CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods)Experience managing and driving performance across a team (5+ years)Excellent oral & written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization (Field to Executive Management)Strong leadership skills, including hiring, staffing, developing, motivating, and directing teamsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office softwareStrong analytical skills to interpret data and drive actionable insights and improvementsExcellent negotiation, influencing, and follow-up skillsAbility to work effectively across business units and with supplier partners Qualifications/RequirementsPhysical Requirements:
