D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a Region Marketing Manager. The right candidate will lay out, design, write, and coordinate advertising for/with various media channels for the region. To operate and maintain the marketing and public relations for the region, primarily working with the divisions on community marketing materials and strategies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Communicate with the division marketing managers/coordinators to improve products and company image Assist the division marketing managers/coordinator with all active and upcoming communities and approve marketing materials such as ad campaigns, press releases, website designs, e-blast campaigns, logos, direct mail campaigns, etc. Direct the design of flyers, direct mail pieces and other marketing collateral in coordination with the division marketing managers/coordinator Coordinate with divisions the compilation and completion of brochures and signage Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company Ability to travel overnight Assist the Region President with all communication of future marketing initiativesSupervisory Responsibilities
