As the Modality Leader, you will own and drive the sales strategy for the x-ray product line for the Gulf Coast market(s). This includes the states of Tennessee, Mississippi & Louisiana.

**Job Description**
**Essential Responsibilities:**
+ Deliver on quarterly & annual orders and revenue sales targets; maximize profit margin on equipment and service contract sales.
+ Lead, collaborate and direct the market’s account community, working primarily with the Account Managers in the market to ensure they are uncovering new x-ray opportunities in their accounts, while also helping to secure orders for current opportunities in the funnel.
+ Reduce cycle time by leveraging Salesforce.com (CRM tool) to track account activity, manage our install base, map visibility to new opportunities, drive market share, and prioritize the sales funnel.
+ Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders within the hospital, physician practice and imaging center account service lines to identify qualified leads, grow market share, increase revenue, and reduce customer attrition.
+ Assist with leading cross-functional commercial teams to orchestrate deals and long-term plans that align with a mutually beneficial strategy that contributes to increased market share, revenue, and profitability.
+ Leverage diagnostic imaging product knowledge in X-ray to drive funnel growth for the region.
+ Demonstrate expertise in customers’ installed base and develop sales proposals that map with their annual budget process.
**Qualifications/Requirements:**
+ Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5+ years of experience in any combination of medical sales, healthcare marketing, clinical/technical X-ray expertise, clinical technology leadership in X-ray or hospital administration in imaging OR Bachelor’s degree and a graduate of the GEHC commercial leadership program OR 8+ years of experience in any combination of medical sales, marketing, clinical applications, clinical technology leadership or hospital administration in imaging.
+ Demonstrated experience presenting complex information both verbally and written to decision makers
+ Must live in the Gulf Coast Market (Tennessee, Mississippi & Louisiana) and be willing to travel within the defined geography up to 60% (3-4 days of the week) of the time.
**Desired Characteristics:**
+ 8+ years of experience in healthcare capital equipment sales.
+ Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
+ Demonstrated domain knowledge in X-ray.
+ Demonstrated history of leading within cross functional sales team to achieve client needs and sales quotas.
