Discover more about our company wide benefits and life at GSK on our webpage Life at GSK | GSK In this role you will Develop and Execute Account Plans: Drive the implementation of industry-leading key account plans that align with and deliver GSK’s national Respiratory strategy. Local Market Access Expertise: Understand customer processes and pathways to enable local market access and population-level uptake across Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) and Primary Care Networks (PCNs). Insight-Led Account Planning: Leverage deep knowledge of local accounts and environmental factors to build robust account plans that effectively translate GSK’s strategy into actionable local execution. Pathway and Decision-Making Understanding: Analyze respiratory pathways and decision-making processes that influence prescribing behaviors within key accounts. Prioritization and Targeting: Apply effective account segmentation and stakeholder mapping to prioritize efforts and resources for maximum impact. Expert Knowledge Development: Attain and maintain expert-level knowledge of disease areas and products to influence clinical experts and local payers, driving access and uptake of GSK medicines. Relationship Building: Build trusted partnerships with key decision-makers and respiratory clinical leaders, employing a strategic account management approach. Shape Local Policy: Influence the local healthcare environment to drive policy changes that support market access and population-level uptake of GSK Respiratory medicines. Maximize NHS Opportunities: Utilize and accelerate existing NHS mechanisms, such as work plans and guideline development, to enhance uptake. Deliver High-Impact Engagements: Conduct high-quality customer interactions and deliver presentations at small and large-scale meetings to secure clinical and payer advocacy, ensuring account goals are met. Collaborative Working: Partner with local sales leaders and the wider GSK matrix team, providing clarity on objectives and responsibilities to drive alignment and results. Service and Solution Delivery: Support the implementation of services, solutions, and commercial propositions to ensure patients who can benefit from GSK medicines have access to them, in line with licensing. Measure and Report Progress: Demonstrate progress against account plans through clearly defined KPIs, including coverage and frequency, share of voice, and achievement of key project milestones, adhering to GSK policies. Basic Qualifications & Skills: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Degree level (or equivalent) Current ABPI certification Preferred Qualifications & Skills: Please note the following skills are not necessary, just preferred, if you do not have them, please still apply: Expertise and demonstrated skills as a Regional / Strategic Account Manager previously. NHS knowledge and understanding. Ideally experience working in respiratory. Ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple way. Ability to work as part of a cross functional territory team. Interpersonal, communication and influencing skills – both internal and external. Demonstrated ability to analyse and assimilate data. Ability to take an account management approach to planning and decision-making.
