Job Description:
Cambria has an exciting opportunity for you as a Regional Account Specialist at our Dallas Sales and Distribution Center. The role requires a dynamic candidate, responsible for maintaining healthy business relationships.
This key position will represent Cambria positively and professionally while working closely with fabricators and our sales team by managing and resolving claims, and ensuring the end consumer receives a positive Cambria experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage claims and drive for resolution
Provide service and support to Cambria’s in-market sales team
Ability to manage and develop in market Field Service Specialist
Subject Matter Expert, providing technical support throughout the market
Build value-add relationships with Cambria Fabricator Associates to ensure best practices
Develop, guide, and mentor Cambria Fabricator Associates through training and leveraging Cambria resources.
Performing other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications & Skills:
Passionate, driven and ability to maintain a positive attitude
Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Proven customer relationship and conflict resolution skills
Aptitude to investigate complaints for facts and recommend resolutions in a timely manner
Demonstrate product management, critical thinking and analytical skills
Aptitude to develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external parties
Excellent attention-to-detail and multitasking skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Minimum Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or prior experience in related field is preferred
Experience: Requires 1-3 years Account or Claim Management
Systems: Google Suites, Salesforce, Oracle, ability to read technical drawings/documents is a plus
Additional Requirements:
Managerial Responsibilities: Responsible for managing Field Service Specialist(s) assigned to the region.
Travel Requirements: Some local and overnight travel is required
Physical Requirements: This is an office and travel position requiring phone and computer use. Must be able to lift 50 pounds of Cambria samples or other Cambria materials.
