The team you will be a part of

The Brand Management team promotes and maintains the brand image at local, national or international levels. Coordinates marketing strategies, including pricing, expense budgets, advertising and promotion of the brand. Develops associated advertising campaigns for the brand.

This role in summary

The Senior Analyst will be the main contact for marketing needs related to Independent Retail, Builder Accounts, and trade shows. They will oversee all event details from planning to execution, including logistics, vendor management, budgeting, and on-site issue resolution. The role involves creating timelines, ensuring events meet expectations, and adapting to changes. Additionally, the analyst will lead marketing campaigns for retail stores  (from displays to point of purchase (POP) materials) and also  manage National and Channel Consumer Promotions. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and flexibility to adapt quickly are essential.

Your responsibilities will include Collaborate with Activations lead to plan and coordinates all aspects of events, including logistics, vendor management, budget tracking, creative concepts and promotingPitch, drive alignment and execute campaigns with displays and  point of purchase materials for products Conduct post event evaluations and gather feedback to assess event’s success and provide recommendations for future events based on data analysis Primary point of contact for In Store marketing with cross functional process partners (sales, brand, trade  etc)Research/Share out in-market Trends (market visit lead, collaborate with product and consumer insights teamDevelop in-store Concepts (ideation, strategy, vendor management)Identify goals/KPIs for In Store projects, execute and provide progress updates Oversee inventory & in-store execution audits Plan and execute National Co-Marketing CampaignsPromotion redemption management and point of contact for exceptions and escalations for claims and fraud managementMinimum requirements Bachelor’s Degree 2+ years of experience in one or more of the following: Marketing, Product Development, Brand Management, Merchandising, Channel Marketing or Shopper Marketing Agency and Vendor Management experiencePreferred skills and experiences Bachelor’s Degree in Business or MarketingExperience in In-Store Marketing or Merchandising Strong influencing, consultative and relationship building skills - including advocating for the shopper, aligning objectives across teams and partnering internally and externally to grow the business and brand equityProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.Proactive project management skills as well as strong time management, prioritization and organization acumen Strong communication skills, both written and verbal plus the ability to perceive and present information both analytically and creatively Strong analytical skills to measure and interpret campaign performance and market trends.Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges and develop effective solutions.Learning agility, growth mindset, critical thinking, sound judgment and effective decision-making abilityProficient computer skills, especially with Google Slides and SheetsWhat we offer
