Kimley-Horn is looking for an Experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Houston, Texas (TX)! We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented professional to support our Regional Leadership Team. This is not a remote position.

Responsibilities Provide administrative support to several members of the Regional Leadership Team including travel, expenses, document preparation, and communication Create detailed reports and collect date: includes printing, binding, and professionally preparing the reportsPartner with Regional Leadership to develop and implement meetings, events, and activitiesProactively manage several Outlook calendars (meetings/call scheduling)Book travel arrangements and manage expense reports for several members of the leadership teamAssist with event planning and coordinationCoordinate meetings: conference rooms, agendas, meals, etc. Qualifications 5+ years in a corporate/professional environment in an Administrative role supporting executive leadershipStrong verbal and written communication skills (grammar/proofreading)Strong proficiency in MS Office SuiteProfessional, organized, client-oriented, and deadline drivenProven ability to maintain confidentialityAble to anticipate needs and manage competing prioritiesPositive team player with commitment to qualitySelf-starter who can thrive in an environment where leaders often travel off site serving clients Contract management and billing experience preferredGraphics and PowerPoint skills preferred Why Kimley-Horn?
