Regional Ads lead, Amazon Ads Marketing

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our talented, diverse & international marketing team to help scale our growing 1:1 advertiser support program for SMB (Small-medium business) advertisers. As the Regional Ads Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the program's success within your assigned region. You will own the program's performance and goals, ensuring they are tailored to the unique needs and nuances of your region. Collaborating closely with Program Managers and Program Leads, you will influence key aspects of the program, such as setting priorities, defining goals, refining target lists, sourcing vendors, and optimizing processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Your deep understanding of the regional landscape will be instrumental in guiding these decisions and aligning the program with the specific demands of your market. Key job responsibilities * Program Performance and Goals: Owning the program's performance and goals for the assigned region, and collaborating with Program Managers and Program Leads to optimize the program's success by understanding regional needs and influencing key aspects. * Lead Generation and 1:1 Support: Driving lead generation for 1:1 support within the region, integrating the offerings into regional Stores sales activations, and providing necessary training, reporting, and issue resolution support. * Regional Marketing Integration: Partnering with regional marketing managers to incorporate 1:1 support into scaled marketing campaigns, and supporting regional events and initiatives related to the program. * Vendor Management and Collaboration: Serving as the key point of contact for the vendor, conducting periodic performance reviews, and providing ongoing support and guidance to the vendor and their staff, while also engaging with regional Stores teams, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to align on strategies and execute regional initiatives. Basic Qualifications - 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements - Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) - Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion - Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data Preferred Qualifications - Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs - Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $72,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $155,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
