Job Title: Dish Clerk
Location: Bakery Fulfillment Center
FLSA: Non-Exempt
General Function:
Handles food in a safe manner and ensures the work area is always clean and neat. Ensures the cleanliness of bakery equipment, dishes, utensils, etc.
Reporting Relations:
Accountable and Reports to: Plant Manager; Assistant Plant Manager
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Works with co-workers as a team to ensure customer satisfaction and a pleasant work environmentTakes the garbage to the compactor or designated area.Maintains strict adherence to department and company guidelines related to personal hygiene and dress.Washes bakery equipment, utensils, dishes, pots, pans, etc.Handles food in a safe manner and ensures the work area is always clean and neatAdheres to company policies and individual location guidelinesReports to work when scheduled and on timeSecondary Duties and Responsibilities
Assists in other areas of facility as needed.Performs other job related duties and special projects as requiredEducation and Experience
No education requirement. Six months or less of similar or related work experience
Physical Requirements

Standard tools and equipment used in a kitchen environment including disposal, trash compactor, industrial dishwasher, mop, broom, trash compactor, box cutter, box crusher.
