Job Description & Summary

As a Regional BAS L&D and Upskilling Driver, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and evaluating learning programs that support Broader Assurance professionals growth and development. 

We are looking for:

BAS L&D and Upskilling Drive

Your future role:

Creating and developing existing L&D procedures and policies.Document and present L&D activities and findings to business leaders.Manage learning and development risks.Together with our SMEs design and develop innovative, high-quality learning programs.Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.Continuously improve learning programs based on feedback and industry best practices.Manage and maintain learning management systems (LMS) and other training resources.Handle event management.

Apply if you have:Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of empathyAbility to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levelsPreferred Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Psychology or an equivalent within a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, consulting or a related role.Strong understanding of adult learning principles and design methodologies, preferably in the consultancy businessExcellent facilitation and presentation skills, able to simplify complex issues.Good eye for detailStrong project management and organizational skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced environment
