\n \n Job Description

The Regional Business Development Manager role is focused on responding to inbound sales leads, fostering partnerships with local branches to engage realtors, HOA community managers, HOAs, Owners, and other stakeholders to develop and capitalize on lead generation at local, regional, and national levels. This role also involves collaborating with marketing to provide feedback on strategies that increase lead volume.

Responsibilities Include:

\n\nLead business development efforts by partnering with local property management teams to monitor, track, and grow new business leads and accounts, aiming to meet weekly, monthly, and yearly lead capture and revenue goals.\nInitiate Cold-Call or Drip campaigns as required. Involves fast-track development and execution of planned initiative efforts in select markets in support of teams.\nUtilize LeadSimple to track and report all business development activities for each branch. Handoff clearly all leads and track conversion rates in data, showing all touches it takes form lead to conversion.\nCollaborate with the Associa Sales team to network, share opportunities, and continuously improve the process for increasing prospects and closing new accounts.\nLead efforts with marketing to develop campaigns and evaluate results from various initiatives (e.g., SEO strategies, fliers, CAM meetings).\nTrain local property management leaders on sales techniques and hold them accountable for meeting growth targets and signing delivered leads.\nConduct regular meetings with local branches and business development staff to share progress, best practices, and new lead generation ideas.\nReport regularly to the Director of Operations on activity and progress toward goals with live data of both pipeline and results.\nUndertake special projects and other assigned tasks as needed.\n\n

\n Requirements

Education/Experience Requirements:

\n\nBachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.\nAbility to multitask and prioritize effectively.\nReal Estate license preferred.\nBackground in Single Family Residential Management preferred.\nProven track record as a salesperson and sales leader.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nExperience with property management software.\n\n
