Join us! **Job Description:** This job is responsible for identifying and developing new client relationships with healthcare professionals in their respective territories through direct calling and networking efforts. Key responsibilities include independently developing referral business through intermediaries (consultants, attorneys, accountants, brokers, and realtors), analyzing client financials and product needs, and implementing appropriate sales strategies to carry out responsibilities and achieve production goals. Formulaic incentive eligible This role is eligible to participate in a formulaic incentive plan. Employees are eligible for incentives as detailed by the specific line of business incentive plan provisions. Formulaic plans may be comprised of monthly, quarterly and/or annual incentive opportunities. Incentives are earned based on the employee’s performance against defined metrics.
