Regional Business Director, Alzheimer's Disease - (Central Region)

Responsibilities:Direct and oversee development and implementation of strategies and tactics for achieving regional AD sales goals.Partner with relevant cross-functional departments (e.g., Marketing, HR, Sales Training, Trade, Managed Markets, Business Operations) to provide market intelligence and contribute to development of brand/business strategies.Support relevant teams (e.g., RTLLs) to shape and continuously evolve engagement plans and approaches for regional, national, and emerging KOLs. Oversee the identification of advocacy sponsorship opportunities by field sales to assess ability to increase patient education and awareness of AD.Engage and influence major accounts and key customers to establish a strong organizational presence and drive sustainable growth of Eisai’s AD portfolio.Drive and monitor individual and overall compliance with Eisai policies and procedures and external regulatory requirements (e.g., FDAMA 114).
Provide operational oversight for the region (including budget planning and administration; resource allocation; compliance guidance and monitoring)Recruit, develop, train, coach, assess, motivate and retain talent (across levels) to drive performance, engagement, and future growth of the team.
Qualifications:Regional Business Director- ADBachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and 10+ years of relevant experience.\nExperience in Life Sciences industry preferred.Bachelor's degree with substantial experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, med device, or capital equipment sales.Buy & bill, medical device and/or biologics experience strongly preferred.
Additional commercial function experience (e.g. sales training, marketing, managed markets, sales/business analytics) preferred.Substantial experience working with healthcare ecosystems and account management, navigating complex accounts critical for success (integrated delivery networks and health systems preferably in a biopharmaceutical manufacturer capacity).Substantial experience working with U.S. healthcare industry (including delivery of care, market access and reimbursement landscape, and key stakeholders that influence decision-making within local markets and healthcare systems.
Experience working with pharmaceutical manufacturer compliance & regulatory requirements.
Experience in account management including driving account outcomes through sales teams.Experience cultivating and maintaining extensive networks of thought leaders, experts, and customers.
Experience in relevant leadership role(s) including demonstrated ability to recruit and develop high-performing diverse teams to deliver results and maintain a deep talent pool for organizational succession planning and talent management.Experience networking, establishing, and maintaining strong business relationships across multidisciplinary matrix teams within Eisai.Business need driven role requiring proven performance in earlier role.Sr. Regional Business Director- ADProven performance as a Regional Business Director with demonstrated proficiency in successfully managing/overseeing a sales team and driving sales goals for assigned region(s).Demonstrated success in leading teams across geographies to deliver strong results and profitability, establishing strong partnerships, leveraging market and customer insights, and strategic and tactical planning.Experience driving effective collaboration across multidisciplinary matrix teams within Eisai.Demonstrated success in coaching teams to drive improvements in sales skills and outcomes.
Demonstrated success in building and maintaining extensive business networks to drive strategic outcomes within region.
Experience in collaboration with cross-functional partners (e.g., operations, compensation) for achievement of team objectives.
Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and 10+ years of relevant experience.\nExperience in Life Sciences industry preferred.

Eisai Salary Transparency Language:

The base salary range for the Regional Business Director, Alzheimer's Disease - (Central Region) is from :225,700-296,200

Under current guidelines, this position is eligible to participate in : Eisai Inc. Sales Incentive Plan & Eisai Inc. Long Term Incentive Plan - Field Sales.

Final pay determinations will depend on various factors including but not limited to experience level, education, knowledge, and skills.
