As the Regional Business Leader for Honeywell Connected Industrial (HCI) in the Pacific region, you will be accountable for driving business growth and profitability within this region. You will develop strategic plans, guide sales engagements, and oversee internal processes to achieve revenue and profitability objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Annual Operating Plan (both – creation and execution) – Orders/GM, Revenue/GP, Cash, OP, othersCraft and execute strategic plans that drive growth and enhance profitabilitySales engagement with the Regional Sales Leader(s) – for driving Orders/GM AOPStrategic Plan – participate and feed the regional information, VOC.Engagement with other Line of Business leaders for cross-LOB collaborationKey Experience & Capabilities:
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or BusinessMinimum of 10 years in strategy deployment, operations, business management, or salesProven track record of driving business growth and meeting targetsStrong financial acumen with the ability to manage P&L effectivelyExcellent leadership and communication skillsAbility to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.We Value
