Key job responsibilities
In this capacity the Reverse Logistics Regional Business Manager will: 1) Lead the global and regional strategy for Reverse Logistics and participate in strategic business reviews with Reverse Logistics suppliers 2) Lead the sourcing and selection of one or more Reverse Logistics suppliers in alignment with the overarching Reverse Logistics strategy and within the Return Services framework. This includes overseeing contract management, adherence to agreements, delivery performance, cost control, and social responsibility. The Reverse Logistics Business manager will be a strong advocate for the suppliers within the organization while also providing critical feedback to drive continuous improvement.

With a deep understanding of business and product operations, this role demands the ability to operate across various functions and influence a wide range of stakeholders. Responsibilities include a solid grasp of reverse supply chain operations, third-party supplier outsourcing strategies, manufacturing models, and consumer electronics product lifecycles. Effective judgment is essential for addressing issues and driving change. Additionally, the role demands excellent relationship-building skills to engage, influence, and negotiate with both suppliers and internal stakeholders Sr. Executive levels.
