The Regional Business Manager for IG Sales is a primary customer facing role within the Kedrion US Commercial team. The RBM is responsible for creating demand and achieving sales objectives through effective selling and relationship development with key customers and decision makers for Gammaplex and GAMMAKED and future pipeline products (when applicable). The geography coverage for this role can be large, i.e. covering multiple states.
In this role, you will:
Assume responsibility for the sales of IG (and other launch products when applicable) within a defined geography, including the achievement of sales targets.Educate prescribers, key decision makers and targeted healthcare providers (specialty pharmacies, local distributors, clinical pharmacists, nurses, administration, etc.) on the appropriate use and differentiated clinical value of our IG products. Develop and leverage strategic & authentic relationships with key decision makers/stakeholders to promote the prescribing and dispensing of Kedrion IG products. Demonstrate a deep understanding of key customers, disease state for which our products are indicated and plasma therapies to differentiate the IG portfolio. Develop strategic account plans with clearly defined sales and executional objectives. This includes:Developing daily and weekly schedules to ensure efficient and comprehensive coverage of assigned geography. Completing pre-and post-sales interaction analysis that positively impacts future customer interactions.Inputting customer information into the CRM tool and leverage all the capability of the CRM tool to enhance job performance inclusive of leveraging feedback from Field Contact Reports. Delivering comprehensive and accurate sales presentations using all marketing and sales materials to defined customers. Executing a consistent selling model to gain optimum results and be recognized as a leader regarding selling skills and authentic relationships.Finding creative ways to deliver results faster, effectively and more efficiently. Demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of all promoted and competitive products along with technical and marketplace knowledgeProviding regular feedback in a clear and professional manner to the broader Kedrion US Commercial team on customer feedback, competitor activity, buying patterns, trends within the IG space, etc.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
-Able to demonstrate the Sales Core competencies for the role.
-Strong communicator, internally, externally and when presenting
-Passion for the patient, the will to win and drive for results
-Experience with Specialty Pharmacy
-Current or prior sales role in IG sales, biologics or similar.
