Job Description SummaryThe Regional Channel’s Intern will support the LATAM Channel team in order to drive customer and intermediaries’ related-activities, maintain operational efficiency and support on process enhancements. Those tasks must ensure commercial compliance and accountability to keep the risk profile within the region and business norms and standards as well as ensuring Company’s commitments are fulfilled. The selected candidate will collaborate with sales, finance, legal and compliance team to keep intermediary’s metrics up to date.

Job Description

* Lead metrics related to commission/fee payments to intermediaries on a monthly and quarterly basis by connecting with operating business units;

* Support commercial compliance and channel team on operating commission/fee payment process to intermediaries thru online tools according to standard operating procedures and business policy;

* Enhance the Channel Partners tools and metrics utilization through metrics and procedures to integrate and simplify where appropriate, helping leaders and channel team to formulate strategies for identifying, developing and managing new channels inside Latam region;

* Drive a culture of highest integrity and compliance within channels through inputs at contracts and control of CPs access;

* Monitoring on onboarding new/modify channels, documentation control, approval process;

* Orders / Sales reports, analysis and Quality control of the information on the tools. Follow-up eventual adjustments with Channel Managers / Sales Specialists;

* Adhere to GE Vernova compliance policies, codes and training requirements (including commission payment trainings).

Qualifications/Requirements:

* Coursing 4th Grade of Bachelor degree;

* Advanced in English;

* Strong negotiation skills;

* Committed, Organized and Proactive;

* Ability to prioritize multiple tasks & work to deadlines.

* Customer focused mindset with proven ability to respond quickly to internal and external customer needs;

* Ability to build reports;

* Analytical with strong ability to present findings in a concise and simple manner

* Interpersonal flexibility, tolerance and listening skills;

* Have a strong work ethic, organization skills, the desire to learn and is not afraid to ask questions.

* Proficient in MS Office Suite with expert skills in MS Excel (Macros, Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint.

Desired Characteristics:

* Advanced in Spanish

* Knowledgeable in ERP sales and distribution modules and commercial platforms (SAP/Oracle/SalesForce)

* Energy industry experience
