Gundersen Health System is seeking a full-time Regional Clinical Manager supporting our Family Medicine Clinic in Viroqua, WI. 

What you will do:

Fulfill a 1.0 FTE; salaried positionProvide management and oversee the delivery of specialized clinical services throughout the Viroqua Family Medicine departmentManage and lead an experienced team of approximately 30 staff to ensure optimal functioning in day-to-day operations, including RNs, MAs, Patient Liaisons, Regional Business Office Coordinator, and Department Supply SpecialistWork collaboratively with the Clinical Operations Director, Department Chair, and Section Chair to achieve department strategic goalsThis position is based out of Viroqua with occasional travel to La Crosse

What you need:

Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a health-related field; nursing is preferredMinimum 3-4 years of clinical/healthcare experience; strong candidates will have prior leadership experienceValid Driver's LicenseIdeal candidate will have: Prior experience with project work and change managementStrong leadership and communication skills Emotional intelligenceForward-thinkingAbility to build relationships and trust within a teamExperience in the field of primary care
