Regional Clinical Manager (BCBA)
We are looking for a full time BCBA Regional Clinical Manager to lead our team here at Behavior Treatment & Analysis. The Clinical Manager is the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who's responsible for oversight for an entire region of learners. The CM's role is to provide clinical support and guidance to the Clinical Supervisor and Clinical Coordinator to ensure treatment fidelity and procedural integrity across the client's intervention (included but not limited to staff/parent training development). The Clinical Manager is assigned to conduct initial assessments, indirect case management, and to ensure that the client's progress is continuous throughout the treatment period. The Clinical Manager is also responsible for overseeing behavior intervention plans (BIP) and treatment plans to address the behaviors of concern and client's deficit areas. In addition, the Clinical Manager will collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to address clinical and administrative needs for each region. Benefits: + Competitive Salary pay ($88,000 - $92,000) + Professional Development Stipend for CEUs and future education + Health, Dental, Vision Health plans, PTO, Paid Holidays, Company Issued Devices, Bonus Incentives Requirements: + Master's Degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field + BCBA Certification required + 3-5 years of BCBA experience + Experience working in behavioral healthcare or related industry + Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred Roles and Responsibilities: + Provides clinical support and training to an assigned team of Behavior Specialists + Conduct behavioral assessments, functional assessments, and functional analyses + Develop and update behavior support and intervention plans using data through Central Reach + Conducts regular home, clinic based, or community visits based on the clinical needs of the individualized programs + Provides caregiver training on the implementation of individualized Treatment Plans and Behavioral Support Plans + Be present in the first 3 to 5 visits to a new client, to oversee the assessment and treatment planning process and ensure that the Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) is appropriate for the individual's needs + Participate in the hiring process by conducting interviews and providing input on the selection of behavior technicians and program supervisors + Provide ongoing support and consultation to clients, families, and other stakeholders + Attend monthly clinic meetings, bi-weekly BCBA meetings & provide monthly parent meetings Conditions of Employment: + Must have a valid California Driver's License. Maintain a clean driving record. Proof of auto insurance + Must adhere to all federal, state and local laws/legislation as applicable as well as HIPAA laws and regulatory agencies + Must pass health screenings, obtain vaccinations and clear TB testing based on company policies + Ability to obtain and maintain CPR certification + Must attend all BTA required training + Be vested in the ABA Field, committed to the cause, willing to learn and grow constantly amidst the changing landscape that is the ABA field. + Must have the following immunizations: + Rubella (2-series), Rubeola (2-series), Mumps (2-series), Varicella (2-series), Hepatitis B (3-series) (Declination acceptable), Pertussis (Tdap) (Declination acceptable), Absence of Tuberculosis (TB) Additional Information BTA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
