D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for anRegional Closing Trainerin the Training Department. The right candidate will support Closing Center in training and development of all staff within the Closing Center.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Support the Regional Closing Manager by providing training, processing support, and management support within the region Provide support to the National Closing Training Department Complete onboarding training, test case completion and any follow up training with new hires Work closely with closing leadership to ensure all company policies and procedures are consistently followed Periodically provide instruction during new hire training classes In addition to training duties, carry a pipeline of pending closings as necessary during peak volume times Conducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company
