Horton, Inc.*is currently looking for an _*Regional Closing Trainer*_ in the Training Department. The right candidate will support Closing Center in training and development of all staff within the Closing Center. *Essential Duties and Responsibilities*include the following. Other duties may be assigned. * Support the Regional Closing Manager by providing training, processing support, and management support within the region * Provide support to the National Closing Training Department * Complete onboarding training, test case completion and any follow up training with new hires * Work closely with closing leadership to ensure all company policies and procedures are consistently followed * Periodically provide instruction during new hire training classes * In addition to training duties, carry a pipeline of pending closings as necessary during peak volume times * Conducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company *Education and/or Experience* * Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university * One to two years of related experience and/or training * Strong communication skills * Ability to multi-task and attention detail * Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form or via DRH applications * Proficiency with MS Office and email *Preferred Qualifications* * Prior experience in Human Resources a plus Come join a winning team with a Fortune 500 company!
