The “Projects, Systems and Services” Business Unit is a part of the Industrial Division in Danfoss Power Solutions. We are looking for a motivated experienced professional to join our team and support our growing business.
As Regional Controller in South-East Asia for PSS BU, you will act as business partner to multiple stakeholders such as local Operations leader, Regional Sales Manager, global Business Development Director and establish close collaboration with finance teams in Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore. You will analyze and drive financial performance of several sites, monitor revenue recognition and profitability of complex international projects, proactively support project management during all project stages. Partnering with global BU Controller, you will identify and implement improvements to the existing processes and systems to support growth, minimize business risks and improve profitability.
Job ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
Drive accuracy of monthly financial results for the Business Unit across three sites. Ensure effective internal controls and compliance with financial policies Support monthly sales forecasting, lead annual budgeting process for the region Perform Cash flow planning and monitoring, including follow up on Receivables. Monitor profitability of projects, identify root cause for deviations compared to expected costs and margins, implement improvements to minimize risks Develop key performance indicators for the project business and provide meaningful reporting on projects’ progress. Support Sales and project management in preparation of tenders and customer offers. Conduct risk assessments for new opportunities and projects. Drive process alignment and standardization across multiple sites. Define and promote best practices for project controlling globally. Minimum 7 years of experience in Finance, covering accounting and controlling in the industrial environment.
