Responsibilities:

You will own demand planning and S&OP process for all PBUs at AP region level. You need to lead the S&OP drumbeats for AP by working together with the multifunction team, including APEX leadership team, finance, sales & marketing, manufacturing and supply chain in managing business sufficiency for the rolling next 18-month forecast. You are request to lead the S&OE drumbeats by working together with demand and supply planning in the country cluster for the rolling 12 weeks demand-supply. You are responsible to drive a collaborative consensus-based demand planning process and fundamentals, using ML baseline and enrichment assumptions-based demand planning and guide business team on unbiased 50-50 demand plan, robust R&Os and gap closure discussions.

Qualifications:

You with bachelor's or higher-level degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or related degree
Master’s in business, Supply Chain. You with minimum 10-15 years combined experience in Supply Chain (Demand Planning function), Sales or Marketing (good to have), inclusive of 3-5 years solid experience in leading the demand planning function in mid- to large-scale organizations of repute. Major experience in forecasting, planning and leadership in a large organization. You are experienced in experience working in a matrix organization of business units and business functions. You have strong knowledge of Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Sales & Marketing. Must have strong project management, communication, and integrative skills. You have ability to interface with all levels across the company. You need to possess business acumen relating to vision and purpose, strategic thinking and problem solving, and creative/innovative mindset.  Must be customer- and market-driven and achieve results. You are proficient in Microsoft Excel and demand planning modules of integrated planning systems – o9, Kinaxis, E2Open, IBP You are exposure to advanced analytics in forecasting, ML based forecasting approach. You with ability to build high performance teams.
