Regional Director Dallas Description SUMMARY SkyHop Global is one of the top providers of ground transportation to airlines crews across the country. We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Regional Director to lead operations in the Central Region. The ideal candidate will have experience in multi-unit management, creating a strong team culture, holding leaders accountable, and driving operational success in a 24/7 environment. MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES + Foster and create a team culture that promotes collaboration, communication, and mutual support across all stations in the region. Ensure that station leaders and employees feel engaged, valued, and empowered to succeed together. + Ensure financial goals are met across stations by analyzing performance and adjusting plans as needed. + Conduct regular reviews with station leaders and adjust strategies to meet key performance metrics. + Oversee staffing, scheduling, and operational planning for both planned and unplanned events. + Hold station leaders accountable for scheduling, performance, and meeting company objectives. + Partner with HR to ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, and talent development at all stations. + Act as the escalation point for service issues and ensure timely resolution. + Lead safety culture initiatives and ensure compliance with company policies and audits. Requirements + 5-7 years of multi-unit leadership experience, preferably in transportation, airline, hospitality, or retail. + Flexible schedule to include nights and weekends as needed to support our 24/7/365 operations. + Strong leadership skills, with the ability to hold teams accountable and create a positive, inclusive culture. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and P&L analysis. + Willingness to travel 50-75% within the region and to headquarters.
