Major Responsibilities \n\nLead and direct the overall human resources operations of and provide full-time oversight and accountability for region.\nProvide coverage, stabilization and progression of the business plan during times of vacancies and on-boarding of newly hired leaders. \nRecruit, hire, develop, and train human resources staff.\nWork closely with care center staff to set strategies for recruitment and retention strategies.\n\n\nConsult and support Regional Vice Presidents of Operations, Care Center leadership, and Region teams as human resource subject matter experts.\nParticipate in region meetings sharing HR analysis and insight employee retention, employee relations, HR regulatory compliance, and HR initiatives.\nEstablish and ensure consistent HR practices across the region in the areas of employee engagement, investigations and follow-ups, orientation and onboarding, and performance management. \nSchedule regular meetings with center leadership and site visits to provide supervision, ensure communication, and to monitor facility operations.\n\n\nConducts assessment of systems\/processes in place at the care centers they are supporting to ensure compliance with company, state, and Federal practices are in place.\n\n\nLeads management staff and consultants in developing and working from a business plan that focuses on all aspects of human resource operations, including setting priorities. Monitors human resources department's activities, communicates policies, evaluates performance, provides feedback, and assists, observes, coaches and disciplines as needed.\nProvide innovative, responsible healthcare with the creation and implementation of new ideas and concepts that continually improve systems and processes to achieve superior results as well as the development of a successful management team. \n\n

Minimum Qualifications\n\nBachelor's degree from a four-year college or university\nMinimum of 5 years human resources experience, prefer in a regional role. \nProven track record in performance management and effective leadership.\nAbility to travel extensively including overnight stays and for extended periods of time.\nYou must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done.\n\n
