Transdev is searching for a Regional Director of Operations to lead our Transdev Alternative Services Division. In this pivotal role, you'll provide strategic direction and support to ensure all locations have the resources they need to excel. This dynamic opportunity offers a competitive salary range of $120,000-$180,000. Join our team and be part of something bigger! Key Responsibilities:
● Works closely with the Head of HR, Head of Safety and the Division leader to set operational
priorities, growth strategy, performance management and financial management (P/L ownership)
● Sets commercial and operational strategic direction for the business unit team and leads the
management team and employee workforce to achieve corporate/property safety goals, service
performance, and financial objectives
● Responsible for identifying and developing business growth opportunities
● Responsible for optimizing the return on assets deployed within the business to include vehicle
scheduling and performance management
● Responsible for identifying and analyzing KPIs to maintain positive results
● Ensures services are provided within budget and action plans are developed and implemented to
improve operational efficiencies
● Responsible for determining and delivering business unit budget
● Ensures compliance with state and federal regulation and compliance with Transdev corporate
safety standards
● Responsible for all staff management, development, and training in liaison with the corporate
team as appropriate
● Ensures effective environmental compliance and sustainability management● Provides complete and accurate data collection, compilation, analysis, and reporting
● Other duties as requiredRequired Education and Experience:
● Must be 21 years old;
● Bachelor degree required and advances graduate degree highly preferred
● 10+ years experience in operations management years of experience in operations program
management, transportation program management, warehouse & logistics management,
general fleet management, and/or ride-sharing fleet management. Experience with fleet
management software and managing multi-region staff and operations in different time-zones.
● The position is required to be based out of the South/Southwest US (CA, AZ, NV, TX, GA )

● Exceptional organizational and program management skills and traits, including but not limited
to planning and resource management, timeline estimation, task management and issue
tracking, and status reporting
● Excellent written and oral business communication skills
● Ability to communicate and work collaboratively with a variety of people and levels, including
executive leadership team, peers, managers, and staff
● Strategic skills, able to solve complex problems and develop creative solutions with high attention
to details and execution
● Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to continuous improvement and
implementation
● Knowledge of DOT and FTA regulations coupled with experience as a safety leader and
implementation of safety principle highly desirable
● Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to create, analyze, and interpret data effectively.
● Familiarity with the full suite of Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
● Working knowledge of Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) applications, including Docs, Sheets,
Slides, and Drive.
● Experience in presenting to senior leadership - lead client meetings, discussions, strategies and
outcomes
● Undergraduate degree or 10+ years equivalent industry experience required, advanced degree
highly desirable
● Travel up to 75%Physical Requirements:
● Occasional standing, walking, and sitting.
● Long periods of sitting.
● Use hands to finger; handle or feel; and talk or hear; climb stairs and/or ladders.
● Must use close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust

● Ability to qualify for an Autonomous Vehicle Tester (AVT) license in states and positions where it’s
