What You'll Be Doing

Lead a team of dispatchers who are responsible for the timely and efficient delivery of ready-mix concrete.Strategic coordination with dispatch and operations teams to optimize routes and schedules.Monitor and analyze dispatch and route performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.Provide leadership and support to dispatch staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
