The Regional Education Manager (REM) is primarily responsibly for continually educating and developing account and store managers to elevate our brand experience and drive sales through our field aestheticians. The REM will support education strategies for Benefit US retail channels including but not limited to: ULTA, Sephora, Macy’s, Belk, Boutiques, Travel Retail, and selected E-commerce channels.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Be the education subject matter expert for assigned region & Education department, and provide ongoing recommendation and analysis in education-related topics such as: brand experience, coaching, in-store training, sanitation/hygiene, Benefit services & products, and the Benefit selling strategy, etc Build & maintain strong partnerships with regional sales teams, retailer partners & Education department to continuously communicate & review education content to ensure it adheres to the overall Education strategy and that it meets the needs of the business Recommend, collaborate & facilitate innovative ideas to meet the evolving needs of the business, such as creating content for the following: account/store manager development, Benefit service & product virtual & in-person presentations, digital/social media assets, photo & video assets, and specific needs of regions, etc Manage & prioritize education calendar commitments, based on Education strategy & business needs, including but not limited to: virtual & in-person service/product presentations, virtual & in-person account/store manager development, & specific needs/projects as needed, etc. Lead by example by championing Benefit service standards, the brand experience, and demonstrating Benefit values Manage allocated regional education budget including: personal T & E, air/hotel travel budgets, training budgets, tools budgets-where applicable, etc All other duties as assigned
Requirements
Able to perform duties including, but not limited to the following:
Work in a fragrance filled environment Employees have physical contact with clients/ customers. This position requires the final candidate to successfully pass an E-Verify check.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in sales or education management Active Esthetician or Cosmetology license preferred Proven ability to coach and manage teams, demonstrated by positive sales/service performances Excellent collaboration, presentation, communication, analytical, critical thinking, organizational, time management and administrative skills Ability to give & receive feedback freely & often to meet sales & education goals Experience with Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel & Outlook Ability to travel as needed (up to 80%) Must have proof of insurance, current and valid driver’s license, and reliable means of transportation

The target salary range for this position is $68,000 - $85,000. The actual salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, years of relevant experience; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. This position is eligible to earn an annual bonus.
