Regional Aftermarket Engineering Leader

Your tasks:

  Manage regional Aftermarket product engineering in alignment with regional Sales and Marketing   Ensure the execution of regional product releases in time, in quality and in budget   Ensure product engineering excellence and efficiency within Aftermarket and ensures consistency with other L3 managers in Aftermarket Engineering in Div. B   Ensure ENG support for local inhouse production   Planning of all regional ENG activities incl. capacity   Steering & tracking of regional ENG activities incl. process/product compliance   Releases of regional vendors and 3rd party suppliers   Build up and maintain well-working network within the ZF ENG community   Support the strategic development/footprint of Engineering in the regions   No further team leadership (except purely regional team as in IN, SA and NA), no empowerment to finally release products (both accountabilities stay at the global team manager and global leader of ENG centers of competencies
