Responsible for managing and monitoring due diligence, lease contingencies and permitting processes and proceduresResponsible for delivering projects on time to the construction field team by ensuring all lease contingencies have been properly satisfiedOversees External Project Managers and collaborates closely with members of the Circle K field teamsAccurately manages project pipeline utilizing our internal tools, spreadsheets and data base on a rolling 5 year basisWork with the team to determine reporting needs related to project management Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements. Lead related trainings on a national levelParticipate in quarterly accountability meetings and annual pipeline planning meetingsPerform additional tasks as assignedJOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training and experienceStrong communication skills requiredSelf directed and self-motivated problem solver, comfortable working independently and in cross-functional teams.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and continually prioritize and re-prioritize tasks as new projects are assigned.Must possess strong analytical skills and strong attention to detail.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
