This role is responsible for driving and acting on opportunities for growth and overseeing branches within the responsible region. The Regional Manager will collaborate with leadership, functional partners, and key stakeholders to build business relationships in the Real Estate community, increase capture rate, and ensure profitability of region.
Major Responsibilities
Build and enhance relationships with affiliate brokerages and lender partners to generate business transactions, increase capture rates, identify revenue growth opportunities and generate revenue. Build and enhance relationships with third party brokerages, lenders and other types of real estate related opportunities such as builders to generate business transactions, increase capture rate, identify revenue growth opportunities and generate revenue. Heavy interaction with Sales Representatives and Leadership to accomplish marketing initiatives to grow capture rate and overall growth and profitability of the region. Help establish and follow through on plans to ensure success. Partner with our Real Estate network to enhance operation relationship by developing or enhancing relationships with clients, acting on constructive feedback to improve performance and organization effectiveness. Partner with Director of Operations on management of P&L for assigned region- including budgeting, cost control, planning and staff management. Provide leadership and direction to employees; including performance management, mentoring, career planning and guidance, setting and accomplishing goals. Seeks opportunities to centralize, automate and standardize escrow processes in order for escrow teams to provide exceptional and efficient customer service to our clients through effective business practices. Advise on escalated escrow issues from employees. Recruiting, building higher office morale for each branch, encouraging growth and opportunities for advancement, instilling high customer service levels and expectations through coaching and training. Work within the branches daily to be able to keep current on escrow processes, identify and address any issues at hand, as well as being able to step in a cover a branch employee who might be out sick, on leave, or on vacation.
Minimum Requirements:
• Ten years of escrow processing and closing experience
Five years of supervisory experience Strong ability to earn trust and collaborate with all levels of employees across the organization Ability to use sound judgment and decision-making skills in complex situations and exercise discretion when appropriate Self-starter with the ability to multi-task and manage to deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly motivated and self-directed Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite
