Reporting to the Director of Event Marketing, the Regional Manager of Event Marketing will be responsible for managing and directing a team of Event Marketing Managers (EMMs) in their assigned region in support of event planning and execution to drive company awareness and revenue growth. This leadership position requires exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to think creatively and analytically. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of performance in event management, a passion for delivering exceptional experiences, and the ability to lead and inspire a team.Core Role ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop event-based marketing initiatives to generate sales leads for Window Nation in support of Director of Event MarketingAttend trade shows, home shows, fairs, festivals, and community events and manage event marketing team in generating new sales leadsResponsible for recruiting, hiring, training, developing, and managing a team that delivers an incredible event experience that generate sales leadsFoster a highly effective team where accountability and clear communication are demonstrated dailyAbility to make decisive actions around performance management to ensure a top performing team is in place at all timesManage market EMMs event calendars that touch all geographical locations, are the right shows for performance, and ensure that it is staffed for successStrategize incentives to promote events performance and drive close rates and revenue growthResponsible for budgeting events and maintaining approved budgetPartnering with branch operations and sales to grow brand presence within the local marketsWork with EMMs to ensure event marketing best practices are consistently followed (inventory management, one-on-one development, training, reporting, etc.)Track and report metrics to evaluate performance and ROI of eventsResponsible for exceeding lead generation and cost of marketing quotas based upon established KPIsTravel: 50% including some weekendsBasic QualificationsBachelor’s Degree 5+ years of demonstrated experience in event marketing showcasing a track record of successful event execution 3+ years leading employees Ability to work weekends and/or evenings to support eventsPreferred Qualifications1+ years leading a team in dispersed locationsRoll-up-the-sleeves and get it done approachStrong recruiting and training skillsSelf-starter with ability to manage and develop othersAbility to handle multiple priorities at one timeStrong planning and organizational skills, including attention to detailKnowledge of current best practices and new strategies for event marketingProficiency using Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environmentWindow Nation cultivates a culture of inclusion that respects our employees' individual strengths, views, and experiences.
