The Change Management Solution sustains value for our Participants through direct end-user engagement, clear communication, and connecting across the organizations we serve through C-suite representation. The associates within Change Management Solution collaborate to elevate resource and supply management ‘from the basement to the boardroom’ through their range of responsibilities. Information about the responsibilities for this role can be found below: + Provides strategic leadership for the resource and supply management function within their geographic region, spanning two to three markets and $840M - $1.2B in non-labor spend annually + Achieves high customer experience and attains participant financial objectives across multiple markets in their region through strong relationships and the deployment of project teams to address greatest areas of opportunity + Collaborates with senior leaders to resolve conflict and support realization of value + Ensures value delivery from The Resource Group’s contracts and solutions through facilitation and deployment of local project teams from operations, integration, and acceleration + Accountable for achieving non-labor savings goals for the geographies within their scope of responsibility + Influences, leads, and facilitates all actions needed to proactively manage non-labor spend for their regional market + Identifies and nurtures talent within their team, equipping associates to take on stretch assignments and multi-functional experiences that prepare them for career growth across all areas of The Resource Group + Advises project teams on hypotheses, root cause analysis, and project approach in support of maintaining strong participant satisfaction + Serves as an “ambassador” for Ascension and The Resource Group within their market by conveying strategic context and concerns facing both the Health Ministries and the System Support Team + Coordinates with Vice President, Finance, ministry leadership, and other Resource Group leaders to develop and implement savings plans that support the ministry’s fiscal, clinical, and safety goals + Maintains a high performance work environment characterized by quality performance, positive relationships, and strong team orientation across all service offerings of The Resource Group + Ensures that strategic decisions are in line with the organization’s business plan for participants within scope + Coordinate and align actions and activities of The Resource Group local associates who report up to other leaders by function to operate as one team for markets served **Requirements** Education: + High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management. **Additional Preferences** All Resource Group associates embody the following soft skills and attributes: Nice, Bright, High-Energy, Inclusive, Willing to Give Away Power, Inspired by Mission, Invigorated by Change.
