Regional Facilities Inspector

Vixxo Facility Solutions is seeking a full-time Regional Facilities Inspector to be based in our Colwich, KS, office.

THE ROLE:

The program is in place to monitor the quality of work performed by technicians on normal reactive work orders, preventative maintenance (PM) program, and projects directly out in the field. It servers the purpose of identifying tickets that have been completed to satisfaction, items needing to be addressed on the handyman PM program, and identifying tickets that need to be entered by the client. This position serves as the internal link between the operations team and the client.

TOP RESPONSIBILITIES:

Position requires up to 90% travel year round. Excellent communication skills between operations team, field partners, internal & external clients. Attention to detail and extremely organized. Meeting with Vendors and Clients on site to asses stores. Daily reports on findings while on site.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be able to fly and drive long distances. Previous traveling experience for work preferred. HS Diploma minimum, Associates Degree Preferred. Previous experience with quality assurance programs (minimum 1 year). Customer service in facility maintenance background. Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Self-directed. Flexibility to change plans at a moments notice based on the needs of the operations. Professional certifications are preferred.
