**Regional Facilities Manager** **(soft services)**
**Responsibilities**
· Responsible for overseeing a small and medium-sized team implementing all customer commitments in countries – Poland, Germany and the Netherlands.
· Responsibility for delivering soft services FM services including managing supply chain – cleaning, greenery, beverage, reception etc. on sites in these three countries.
· Demonstrate a strong analytical and problem solving approach applying value creation / innovation across FM services / supply chain and growth where you will work in demanding environments, managing change, multiple projects and deadlines.
· Establish effective business relationships with the customer, and interact with client personnel at all levels.
· Participate and contribute to the overall service and financial performance of CBRE through collaboration with other business unit leaders.
· Review and analyze complex financial / business reports / data and generates innovative solutions / corrective action plans and oversee the health, safety, security & environmental aspects of the delivery of facilities management ensuring statutory compliance is maintained at all time.
· Responsibility for a dispersed team on multiple sites across region, providing formal supervision to employees.
· Prioritize open issues and tasks, working closely with both internal and client cross-functional teams.
· Implementing best practices resulting from the FM experience.
**Requirements**
· Eager to new challenges and develop skills.
· Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Real Estate or related with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
· Proficient in English and Polish languages for written/verbal communications, in both technical and business settings.
· Experience in managing workplace and team.
· Strong organizational and analytical skills.
· Proficiency on Microsoft software including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
· Requires in-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, Return on Investments, cash flow proformas.
· Ability to create international team spirit and to enhance inclusion & diversity
· Demonstrates an ability to lead a team and encourage their growth. Ability to lead in a matrix led organization is also preferable.
