Regional Facility Manager

Position Mission: The Regional Facility Manager is accountable for managing repair and maintenance requests, correlating budgets and equipment life cycles. Maintains pristine restaurant image by ensuring product and vendor integrity. Decisions involve discretion, independent judgment, and protecting the interests of Border Foods.

Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:

•      Oversee day-to-day service needs including:

•      Communicate with vendors/technicians

•      Communication/updates to restaurant teams

•      Review proposals over $5K for accuracy

•      Order and track appropriate equipment and parts inventory at various off-site storage facilities

•      The coordination and tracking of shipping and receiving of deliveries of equipment

•      Assist Area Coach’s with proposals under $5K

•      Determine best course of action for asset based on age, cost of repair, and functionality

•      Coordinating timing of various repairs and / or replacement of equipment as needed

•      Review invoices and approve or disperse as needed

•      Purchase equipment and parts as needed

•      Manage contracts/agreements for service levels

•      Negotiate costs

•      Analyze/interpret data from CMMS system

•      Responsible for setting up new vendor partner relationships

Complete annual inspections utilizing data for immediate and future needs

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Administrates facility software (Service Channel).Everyday contact for Ops and Vendors; assists with daily call needs.Approves weekly vendor invoice submissions.Schedules warranties, maintenance, repairs and equipment replacement.Performs data entry of capital expenditures and equipment inventory.Assists with daily reporting.Ensures Facilities are kept in good physical condition through vendor management, utilizing Service Channel, and warranty tracking.Trains Ops Teams and Office Staff as needed.Acts as point of contact for Operations on invoice issues/questions.Purchases and tracks materials, equipment and works with vendor coordination as required for installation.Updates and maintains data entry in web databases (including coding invoices, recaps, and reporting).Supervises the building materials and equipment inventory at various storage facilities.Manages budgets for projects and R&M maintenance.Communicates restaurant work/recommendations to the Facility Manager. Keeps maintenance records on the individual locations to reference for future restaurant needs.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite programs (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) as well as OutlookHighly motivated and self-directedStrong analytical thinker/problem solving skills.Clear written and verbal communications, with ability to articulate information to owners and leadership team.Dependability and willingness to take on projects and complete them in a timely manner.Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Able to work extended hours as needed.Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Education/Training/Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
