Regional Field Sales Manager - Free2Move

Free2move eSolutions is seeking an experienced Regional Field Sales Manager for the Western US Region to join our team to build and support the administration and strategy deployment of the North American Sales strategy of Electrical Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE) products and services.  As a Regional Field Sales Manager, you will administer and support all of the sales processes and procedures including lead generation, sales and marketing material, communications, quotes and customer order data.  Additional duties are as follows:

 

Key Responsibilities:

Seek and generate new non-captive customers for product sales and services within the ever-changing EV business landscape and industry. Provide sales quotes and EV charging solutions as well as follow-up on order status. Work closely with customers to manage product sales strategies, business growth and customer service and experience.  Improve customer education of EV vehicles and EV charging. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and data to develop a sales strategy that focus on the key business deliverables including the company's mission, products, services, and achievements. Travel to customers as needed. Support marketing events that showcase Free2Move eSolutions products including road shows and events.   Report to management on the status of sales targets, metrics, customer touchpoints, business KPIs and metrics.   Showcase Electrical Vehicle (EV) products and travel using EV vehicles.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, automotive or a related field. 8 + plus years of experience in product sales, marketing and brand management in a related field. Self-starter, ability to build and sustain customer relationships. Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate and oversee multiple projects. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; persuasiveness. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Business travel required to various customers as needed (Approximately 50%-60%). Experience with Salesforce.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced degree preferred. Proven track record of successfully executing and launching impactful marketing campaign programs and leveraging market insights to develop innovative marketing initiatives. Prior experience in the electric vehicle (EV) or electrification industry, demonstrating an understanding of the market and its dynamics. EOE / Disability / Veteran
